Teams often struggle with big product initiatives – new information architecture, a shift to structured content, complex feature releases – not because they lack technical skills, but because their organizational culture doesn't support the collaboration and connection necessary for success.
How do we get true alignment?
What happens when we disagree about priorities?
How can we help each other understand what's important?
What support do our colleagues need to succeed?
Deep breaths, my friend. We can help.
We are very good at culture change
We're strategists and facilitators
We offer workshops, keynotes, and facilitation specifically designed to build relationships within and across product and content teams. The connections and trust created through these workshops, and the practices we learn, are what allow company values like flexibility, innovation, and collaboration to flourish.

We're located on a small farm in southern Maine, and our offices are solar-powered. We keep a flock of ducks, rabbits, and chickens; they are hilarious and only really loud when we are trying to sound professional on conference calls.
